Try the Scoopmate for 30 days with our risk free In-Home Trial

We want you and your feline friend to be completely satisfied with your Scoopmate litter box. That's why we offer a 30-day in-home trial period. If, within this timeframe, you find that the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it with no questions asked.

Return Criteria:

  • The return must be initiated within the 30-day trial period.
  • The product should be undamaged and in its original packaging, including all accessories.
  • In case of missing accessories, a portion of the refund will be deducted (assessed on a case-by-case basis).
  • Proof of a valid purchase receipt is required for all returns.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at meow@scoopmate.ca. They will guide you through the return process. Please note that we do not issue pre-paid shipping labels, and the cost of returning the products is borne by the customer. 

Restocking Fee: Please note that a restocking fee of $50 may be applied to cover handling and processing costs for returned items.

Refund Policy: Upon receiving the returned product and confirming that it meets the specified conditions, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Exceptions: We are unable to accept returns for damaged products. Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition to qualify for a refund. Please note that we also do not take returns for some products like the Litter Mat and the Garbage roll sold as an accessory to the litter box, even if it is part of a bundle/package due to hygiene reasons.
