Try the Scoopmate for 30 days with our risk free In-Home Trial

We want you and your feline friend to be completely satisfied with your Scoopmate litter box. That's why we offer a 30-day in-home trial period. If, within this timeframe, you find that the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it with no questions asked.

Return Criteria:

  • The return must be initiated within the 30-day trial period.
  • The product should be undamaged and in its original packaging, including all accessories.
  • In case of missing accessories, a portion of the refund will be deducted (assessed on a case-by-case basis).
  • Proof of a valid purchase receipt is required for all returns.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at meow@scoopmate.ca. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a shipping label for sending the product back to us.

Restocking Fee: Please note that a restocking fee of $50 will be applied to cover handling and processing costs for returned items.

Refund Policy: Upon receiving the returned product and confirming that it meets the specified conditions, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Exceptions: We are unable to accept returns for damaged products. Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition to qualify for a refund.
